# List Channel Health Problems

> Retrieve a list of current channel health problems. You can filter by severity, account, or channel, and optionally include already-resolved problems. Useful for monitoring system health and diagnosing issues that may affect messaging performance.

**Required token scopes:** none - any valid API token works

Problems are sorted by `createdAt` in ascending order.
