Resubscribe to Templates
Subscribe a recipient to receive template messages. By default, all recipients are subscribed; they become unsubscribed only if they opt out themselves or are removed manually in Texter or via the Unsubscribe from Templates endpoint.

API token generated in Texter: gear icon → Developers → API Tokens. When creating a token, assign it the scopes required by the endpoints you plan to call - each endpoint lists its required scopes.
